LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR GARR CERTIFIED PROGRAMS

All certified programs of GARR must have Liability Insurance with at least the minimum limits shown in the example above.

GARR must be listed as an additional insured with wording matching the “Descriptions of Operations / Locations / Vehicles” section in the example document.

“Certificate Holder (GARR) is listed as additional insured with respect to General Liability only as required by written contract.”
