Website Terms

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Welcome to Clean Slate Technologies, LLC. These Website Terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our public website at cleanslatetech.io (the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

1. Website purpose and scope

The Website is operated by Clean Slate Technologies, LLC (“CleanSlate Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Georgia limited liability company.

The Website provides general information about our company, services, capabilities, and approach to software development and technology solutions. It also lets prospective clients and other visitors contact us.

These Terms apply only to the public Website. They do not govern software development projects, hosting arrangements, maintenance, support, consulting, client portals, or other professional services covered by separate written agreements. Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement governs the services it covers.

2. Acceptable website use

You may use the Website for lawful informational and business purposes, including learning about our services and contacting us about potential projects. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its systems, or related infrastructure
  • Interfere with, disrupt, damage, or impair the Website or its operation
  • Introduce malicious software, harmful code, or other security threats
  • Use automated tools in a way that disrupts or places an unreasonable burden on the Website
  • Submit unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing content
  • Use the Website in violation of applicable laws or the rights of others

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity, or availability of the Website.

3. No client relationship or service agreement

Accessing the Website, submitting a contact form, requesting an estimate, taking part in preliminary discussions, or communicating with us does not, by itself, establish a client relationship or create a binding agreement for professional services.

A client relationship for professional services is established when we and the client mutually accept a written proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other applicable contract. That agreement defines the parties’ rights, responsibilities, obligations, and expectations.

These Terms do not replace, modify, or supersede any separate written client agreement.

4. Project inquiries, estimates, and proposals

Information on the Website, including descriptions of our services, capabilities, processes, and possible project arrangements, is for general informational purposes.

Initial project discussions, estimates, pricing ranges, timelines, and recommendations are preliminary and are not binding offers or commitments. Final project scope, pricing, deliverables, schedules, payment terms, intellectual property ownership, responsibilities, and other service conditions must be set out in a mutually accepted written agreement.

We may evaluate project inquiries and decide whether to offer services for a particular project.

5. Information submitted through the Website

When you contact us, you may choose to give us your name, contact information, company information, and details about a potential project. Only submit information that you are authorized to share.

Please do not submit passwords, access credentials, payment card information, protected health information, sensitive personal records, trade secrets, or other highly confidential information through our contact form or ordinary email. If your project involves confidential business information, regulated data, or sensitive systems, contact us first so that appropriate confidentiality arrangements or communication methods can be discussed.

Submitting information through the Website does not establish a nondisclosure agreement or create contractual confidentiality obligations. Any confidentiality obligations agreed separately in writing are governed by that agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits obligations imposed by applicable privacy or data protection laws.

Information submitted through the Website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content and materials on the Website, including text, graphics, illustrations, 3D models and animations, logos, trademarks, branding, design elements, and layouts, are owned by Clean Slate Technologies, LLC or used with permission, and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view the Website and reasonably reproduce portions of it for personal, informational, or internal business evaluation purposes, provided that ownership notices are kept. Except as authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law, you may not otherwise reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, commercially exploit, or use our protected materials.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of, or a license to, our trademarks, logos, branding, or other intellectual property beyond the limited uses described above. Intellectual property rights in client projects are governed by the applicable client agreements.

7. Third-party websites and services

The Website may link to or mention third-party websites, software products, platforms, tools, and services. These references are for informational purposes and do not necessarily imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security practices, privacy policies, or terms of use. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that third party’s terms and policies.

8. Website information and disclaimers

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website’s information accurate and useful, but content may become outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Descriptions of technologies, development practices, security approaches, or services are general in nature and do not guarantee particular results for any individual project. Information on the Website is not legal, financial, regulatory, compliance, or other professional advice. Specific technical requirements, security obligations, regulatory considerations, or performance commitments must be evaluated and addressed in the applicable professional services agreement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clean Slate Technologies, LLC disclaims warranties relating to the Website, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement, where applicable.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or continuously available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Website for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons.

Nothing in this section removes obligations that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clean Slate Technologies, LLC and its owners, employees, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, reliance on, or inability to access the Website, including lost profits, business interruption, or lost business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These limitations apply only to the public Website and do not modify the liability provisions of any separate written agreement for professional services.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, keep, and protect personal information from Website visits and inquiries. Please review it to understand our information practices.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, our business practices, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Unless otherwise indicated, revised Terms apply from the date they are published. Where required by applicable law, we will give additional notice or ask for your consent. Continued use of the Website after revised Terms are published means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Georgia.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
